Welcome to Bellona Head Spa. By booking an appointment or using our services, you agree to the following terms. We’ve kept them simple, clear, and designed with your peace of mind in mind.

Appointments & Booking

Appointments & Booking
  • Appointments can be booked online through our scheduling system or by contacting us directly.
  • A valid payment method may be required to secure your reservation.
  • Please arrive at least 10 minutes early to settle in and maximize your experience.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
  • We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule
  • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee
  • Missed appointments (no-shows) will be charged the full service amount.
Payments
  • We accept major credit/debit cards, and gift cards where applicable
  • Payment is due at the time of service.
  • Prices listed are subject to change without notice
Gift Cards & Promotions
  • Gift cards are non-refundable and may not be exchanged for cash.
  • Promotional offers cannot be combined unless otherwise noted.
Health & Safety
  • Please let us know about any medical conditions, allergies, or sensitivities before your service
  • Our treatments are not a substitute for medical care. Always consult your physician for medical concerns.
  • We reserve the right to refuse service if a treatment may not be safe or suitable.
Personal Belongings
  • We recommend leaving valuables at home. Bellona is not responsible for lost or stolen personal items
Respectful Environment
  • We strive to create a calm, welcoming space for all.
  • Disruptive, disrespectful, or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated, and service may be refused.
Changes to Services & Terms
  • We may update services, policies, or these terms from time to time.
  • Updates will be posted here with a new effective date
