We are located inside of Sola Salons at 6405 S 3000 E in Holladay, UT. The main entrance to Sola Salons is located on the west side of the building. Our treatment rooms are in suites 18 & 19 in the spa area. If you have any difficulty locating us, please give us a call at (385)202-5176.

How old do you have to be to receive a treatment?

Clients must be 14 years or older to receive treatments at Bellona Head Spa.

Clients aged 14-17 will need written parental consent for services. The parental consent form may be filled out during the appointment consultation or before the treatment upon request.

Any client under the age of 18 will not be asked to change into a spa gown during their treatment. If their treatment includes a neck and shoulder massage, it may be substituted for an arm and hand massage, a scalp massage, a facial massage, or a High Gloss Rinse.

Absolutely! At this time, we can accommodate 2 guests at the same time. The treatments will be performed in individual rooms.

Yes, you can request a specific therapist when booking your appointment. We will do our best to accommodate your preference based on availability.

Should I wash my hair before my appointment?

If you are receiving the Signature Scalp Treatment or the Scalp & Skin Renewal, we recommend coming in with unwashed hair. Your treatment will include hair washing, so it is best to schedule your appointment on a day when you would normally wash your hair.

If you are receiving the Dry Relaxation Treatment or the Deep Relaxation Facial, we recommend washing your hair before your treatment. Your treatment will not include hair washing, but it will involve lots of brushing, combing, and scalp massage.

We recommend comfortable clothing for your visit. Once you arrive, you will be given a spa gown to wear during your treatment.

We recommend arriving 10 minutes early to complete any necessary forms and settle in. Please avoid applying makeup or styling products before your appointment.

Can I get a head spa treatment if I have hair extensions?

We do not recommend receiving head spa treatments to clients with hair extensions. While our products are considered extension-safe, we cannot guarantee that the treatment will not cause slippage to the extensions. For best results, we recommend booking a treatment within a few days of having hair extensions removed for an effective cleanse & massage.

Yes, we carefully select products that are gentle and suitable for all skin types, including sensitive skin. If you have any concerns, feel free to discuss them with your therapist before your treatment.

What is your cancellation policy?
What is your cancellation policy?

Any changes can be made to your appointment, including rescheduling or canceling, with at least a 24 hour notice. If an appointment needs to be canceled or rescheduled within 24 hours of the appointment's start time, a cancellation fee of 50% the treatment cost will be charged to the card on file. This fee must be paid in order to schedule any future appointments.

Appointments & Cancellations

Appointments must be scheduled at least 2 hours in advance. Cancellations require 24-hour notice. Late arrivals may result in shortened sessions.

We require a debit or credit card on file for all treatment reservations. We accept major credit cards, digital payments, and Square. Payments are required upon service completion.
