Clients must be 14 years or older to receive treatments at Bellona Head Spa. Clients aged 14-18 will need written parental consent for services. The parental consent form may be filled out during the appointment consultation.

Yes, you can request a specific therapist when booking your appointment. We will do our best to accommodate your preference based on availability.

Any changes can be made to your appointment, including rescheduling or canceling, with at least a 24 hour notice. If an appointment needs to be canceled or rescheduled within 24 hours of the appointment's start time, a cancellation fee of 50% the treatment cost will be charged to the card on file. This fee must be paid in order to schedule any future appointments.

We recommend arriving 10 minutes early to complete any necessary forms and settle in. Please avoid applying makeup or styling products before your appointment.

Yes, we carefully select products that are gentle and suitable for all skin types, including sensitive skin. If you have any concerns, feel free to discuss them with your therapist before your treatment.
