Yes. According to the manufacturer's safety specifications, our treatment beds have a 400 lb weight capacity, and our styling chairs have a 330 lb weight capacity. For the safety and comfort of our guests, we are unable to use this equipment beyond its rated capacity.

Pregnancy: We are happy to modify our treatments to ensure the comfort and safety of our pregnant guests. Any products considered unsafe for pregnancy will be omitted from the service, including retinoids and salicylic acid. For guests in the later stages of pregnancy, a majority of the service may be performed sitting up or laying on the side to prevent prolonged resting on the back.‍ Breastfeeding: Products containing retinoids will be omitted from the service to ensure the health and safety of our breastfeeding guests. ‍If you have any concerns regarding receiving treatment due to pregnancy, breastfeeding, or medical concerns, please give us a call or text at (385) 202-5176. Our team is happy to answer any questions you may have and prepare to provide you with a safe, relaxing environment.‍

Bellona Head Spa welcomes guests ages 16 and up. Treatments for guests ages 16-17 are modified to maintain a safe and comfortable experience that does not involve changing into a spa gown. Neck and shoulder massage will be substituted for one of the following: an arm and hand massage, a scalp massage, a facial massage, or a High Gloss Rinse.

You are welcome to cancel or reschedule your appointment. To do so, please use the link that was sent to you at the time of booking your appointment or contact us at (385)202-5176.‍ If an appointment is canceled or rescheduled within 24 hours of the appointment's start time, a cancellation fee of 50% the treatment cost will be charged to the card on file. This fee must be paid in order to schedule any future appointments.‍ We understand that emergencies may arise. We ask that you communicate them to us, and we are happy to work with you to find a solution. We deeply respect your time and we appreciate your respect for our service providers' time!‍

We recommend arriving 10 minutes early to allow yourself time to park, complete any necessary forms, and enjoy our spa lounge. Please avoid wearing makeup, jewelry, or hair styling products to your appointment.
